Description of Activities (scroll down to complete form)

OPTION 1: Central Queens Y – 67-09 108th St
10:30 am – 1:00 pm 
Ages: 8-18 (8-14 must be accompanied by an adult; 15-18 can come alone or with an adult) – space is limited

DESCRIPTION: On December 25, CQY will be screening a movie and serving lunch to older adults.  Volunteers are needed to serve lunch and clean up afterwards.

OPTION 2: Young Israel of Forest Hills Senior League (68-07 Burns St) – ART PROGRAM
10:45 am-noon
Ages: 6-18 (6-14 must be accompanied by an adult; 15-18 can come alone or with an adult)
Volunteer numbers – the more the merrier

DESCRIPTION: Children will be paired with older adults to create an intergenerational piece of art.  Children ages 6+ are invited to this program, which will be led by an art instructor.  There is no limit to the number of children who can participate, but, you must RSVP by November 30 so that we can prepare materials.

OPTION 3: Young Israel of Forest Hills Senior League (68-07 Burns St) – LUNCH PROGRAM
11:00 AM – 1:00 pm
Ages: 10-18 (10-14 must be accompanied by an adult; 15-18 can come alone or with an adult) – space is limited

DESCRIPTION: Volunteers will help to set up lunch trays and clean up afterwards.
