RSVP - TICKETS, JOURNAL, DONATIONS

In conjunction with the event, we will have a digital journal that will be shared with all attendees and available on the FHJC website. Please join us and celebrate, and support FHJC by purchasing an ad in our digital journal. $600 in ads entitles you to one ticket to the FHJC Dinner Dance (second ticket may be purchased for $225). Thank you for your support.

We appreciate all journal meessage/ artwork and payment submissions be made online. Only those submissions accompanied with payment will be processed. For those who need assistance, contact Deborah in the synagogue office at 718-263-7000 ext 293. For those who prefer mail, you may return the form below with your payment to the synagogue office.
